On the back of a 12-groundball, 19-of-24 day at the X, Denver face-off specialist Trevor Baptiste is the the Alpha Lacrosse National DI Men’s Player of the Week.

Baptiste won 33% of the vote as the Pioneers topped Notre Dame 11-10 to reclaim the No. 1 spot in the Maverik Media Poll.

Each week, the Alpha Player of the Week is selected by @Inside_Lacrosse’s fans and followers on Twitter. Voting is open for 24 hours and the winner will be announced Wednesday.
